Unlocking Your Full Potential

Your Success Begins Here

I’m here to assist. I have lived with blindness since birth and have navigated mainstream schools, university life, international living, and workplace diversity. While I embrace my disability, I’ve encountered and overcome many of its associated challenges.”

Don’t Worry about…
Moving away from home?
about the people who worry for you?
Feeling isolated or ignored at university, work or home?
Needing help with your disability support service?
Struggling to belong in your new surroundings?
Being nervous about the challenges ahead?

That’s where I can help you. I have lived experience of being blind since birth, attending mainstream schools, moving away to university, living abroad and being in a minority at work. Whilst I embrace my disability I have faced many of the challenges it brings.

What is a well-being coach?

A well-being coach is someone who takes an holistic approach to helping you live a healthy and fulfilled life. Rather than concentrate on just one area, I will work with you to identify difficulties or issues in all areas of your life.

I will not tell you what to do, rather I will help you to identify issues and areas of concern and help clarify your core values, set priorities and identify a vision for the future. I will then work individually with you to guide you towards the actions you need to take in order to attain that vision and become the best possible version of yourself. This will help you to create achievable and realistic goals and access the support that you could benefit from.

Please contact me if you want to talk to me either remotely or in person.
